How do I place an order?

You can do this very easily by following the following steps:

  1. On a product page, you can add a product to your cart by selecting the quantity and clicking "Add to cart".
  2. Select "Shopping cart" for an overview of your selected products and here you can proceed to checkout.

Please note that payment must be completed before the order is finalised. In the case of a bank transfer, the product will be reserved and shipped as soon as we receive the money.

How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

Orders with a value of €100 and above are delivered free of charge to private customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and Monaco. If you want more information on the shipping costs per country and the costs for professional customers, click here.

 

Can I adjust a placed order?

That depends on where your order is in the processing. We recommend that you contact our customer service and together we will see what is possible.

 

Can I still change the delivery address of my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you can change the delivery address by contacting our customer service department. Has your order already been processed by us? In that case, in most cases you can change the delivery address via the courier service that will deliver your order.

 

Can I order a product outside your range?

Would you like to order a product that you cannot find in our webshop? Please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

 

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

You can! All our product pages always mention whether the product is in stock and what the delivery time is. Keep in mind that you will have to wait (slightly) longer for your order if the product is not in stock.
